Welcome to jilitaka. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and jilitaka ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jilitaka platform, including the website at jilitaka.one, the jilitaka mobile application, and all associated services.

By registering an account on jilitaka, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jilitaka platform.

Jilitaka is an online sports betting and gaming platform designed for players in Bangladesh. Our platform offers sports betting, live casino games, arcade games, and other gaming products. All services are provided subject to these Terms and any additional rules or policies published on the jilitaka platform from time to time.

Jilitaka reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. We take age verification seriously — it is one of our core responsible gaming commitments.

To use jilitaka's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each person may hold only one jilitaka account. If we detect that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

Jilitaka accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person.

Jilitaka supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. These are the only accepted payment methods on the jilitaka platform. We do not accept international credit or debit cards, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors.

The minimum deposit amount on jilitaka is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jilitaka reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where necessary for security or compliance reasons.

Withdrawals on jilitaka are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team and are typically processed within a few hours, though in some cases it may take up to 24 hours.

All bets placed on jilitaka are subject to the specific rules for each sport or game type, as published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

Jilitaka offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting across a wide range of sports including cricket, football, table tennis, motorsport, and more. Odds are updated in real time for live markets. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by jilitaka, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the jilitaka system. A bet is not valid until you receive a confirmation message.
• Jilitaka reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, jilitaka reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳10 per selection.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Jilitaka may limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.

For live casino games and arcade titles on jilitaka, the rules of each individual game apply. These are displayed within the game interface. Jilitaka acts as the platform provider and is not responsible for the rules of third-party game providers.

Jilitaka offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the jilitaka platform. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• All bonuses on jilitaka are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Jilitaka bonuses are intended for personal use only. Sharing bonuses or claiming bonuses on behalf of another player is not permitted.
• Jilitaka reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses that have been claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.

Jilitaka monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings from players who are found to be abusing the bonus system. This includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.

Jilitaka maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilitaka platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jilitaka.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the jilitaka platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or exploiting pricing errors in jilitaka's odds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using jilitaka for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's jilitaka account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public.
• Abusing jilitaka's bonus system in any way, including through coordinated bonus farming.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilitaka staff or other players.

Jilitaka uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, our team will investigate before taking any action. We aim to be fair in all enforcement decisions, but we will not hesitate to act where there is clear evidence of a breach.

Jilitaka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

If your jilitaka account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

You may close your jilitaka account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please let us know so we can apply the appropriate self-exclusion measures and provide relevant support resources.
